A synthetic chain lube grease for use on all chain driven vehicles including motorcycles, go-karts, and bicycles. With its origins in aerospace application, Ultra Gel is formulated to be used in high speed and high load applications for protection that outlasts other greases. Wide temperature range from -30° C to + 250° C (-22° F to +480° F), resin and acid-free.
When applied, liquid penetrates chain and within seconds turns into a grease. Contains active corrosion protection with excellent adhesion. Will not sling or attract dust and is water-resistant. Contains active O-Ring protection for proper maintenance of motorcycle sprockets and chains. Classified with Military Spec designation (Mil-G-81322 F).
How to Apply Ultra Gel Chain Lube
- Clean the Chain: Before applying the lubricant, remove dirt, grime, and old grease from the chain. Use a chain cleaner to prepare for chain waxing or lubrication.
- Dry the Chain: Ensure the chain is completely dry before applying the lube. Any moisture can hinder proper adhesion.
- Shake the Can: Shake the bottle well to activate the formula.
- Apply Evenly: Spray or apply a thin layer of Ultra Gel Chain Lube along the inside of the chain, ensuring full coverage on all moving parts, including rollers and sprockets. Do not over apply! This helps reduce friction and ensures smoother operation for optimal performance.
- Let It Set: Allow the lube to penetrate the chain for a few minutes. The liquid will transform into a grease for long-lasting protection.
- Wipe Off Excess: Use a clean microfiber cloth to remove any excess lube to prevent buildup and keep your chain clean.
- Reapply as Needed: For wet conditions or after long rides, reapply to ensure optimal protection and performance
Pro Tip: For best results, reapply after every 500-700 miles or after riding in wet, muddy, or dusty conditions.

I was having a problem finding something that wouldn't vaporize under load and 15,000rpm+. I had tried Klotz and a few other big brands. This actually held up. Chain didn't smoke it off like all the others and was able to get more RPMs.

Easy to order
I use Ultra Gel in my bike shop for multitudes of uses, especially chain lubrication, and it fulfils all my expectations. I only wish it would go back to the clear color instead of the yellowish. I
also use Nextzett's degreaser and love it as well.

Works great! No mess.
Borrowed this from another guy at the track one day. Immediately had to order some cans. Makes almost no clean up in the chain guard and engine housing. Also lets the chain spin like butter on a 219.

I have been using this product for a couple years and just ordered a new supply. The new batch is a completely different product. The formula seems to have changed. Even the color is different. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Might have to start looking for something new.

excellent product
This chain lubricant has many practical applications. It can be used with excellent results on commercial lifting, and process equipment, as well as on printing press chain deliveries and feeders. I use it on a motorcycle chain with excellent results. It goes on as a light bodied fluid, and sets up as a thick bodied chain grease. If you apply this to a clean chain that is warmed to operating temperature, you will get the best results. One small negative is that even if applied correctly, and is used sparingly, you will still experience a degree of fling-off. Also, this is not the best choice of chain lubricants if you're going to be going off road, as it attracts and holds dirt.
Overall, this is a great chain lube for motorcycles used on the street or track. Also a great chain lube with many industrial applications. This is something that will be my "go to" chain lube for many uses.
When they stop you in the middle of the road and ask what you use on the chain, you know you got the best.
