Orders
We strive to process orders quickly. Most orders ship within one business day from our warehouse in the Austin, Texas area. Once your order is placed it cannot be modified; if you need assistance please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping & Free Shipping
For deliveries within the United States (contiguous 48), we offer a flat‑rate ground shipping fee of $9.00. Orders over $60 (after discounts, excluding tax) ship free. We ship via UPS or USPS and will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We now ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories; however, flammable or aerosol products (such as aerosol cleaners, winter washer fluids, and chain lube) can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states due to federal regulations. We cannot ship these products by air. All other products can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to Canada, Mexico, and the U.K. with new countries being added; transit can take 5–14 business days. Duties/taxes are included in shipping charges.
Delivery & Post-Delivery Damage
nextzett USA's responsibility for your order ends upon successful delivery confirmation by the carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered by UPS or USPS, we are not liable for damage, theft, or loss that occurs after delivery.
If your package was damaged after delivery (e.g., run over, stolen from a doorstep, or exposed to weather), please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist you locate your tracking information and delivery confirmation to support your claim.
All carrier damage claims are subject to the carrier's own investigation and resolution process. nextzett USA does not assume responsibility for carrier decisions or claim outcomes.
