Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we can only accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 calendar days of purchase. Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be accompanied by your sales receipt and are accepted only for items purchased directly from nextzettusa.com. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not provide pre‑paid return labels; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining your tracking number. Due to federal regulations, aerosol or flammable products are non‑returnable.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nextzettusa.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
